Scottish Power saying I MUST get a smart meter - really?
Scottish Power have sent me requests on a weekly basis to have a smart meter installed. I've had emails, texts and a letter in the post. I have now started a switch to Green, good job really because the current Energy Exclusive tariff ends on the 1st July 2021 and goes up by £200 a year!!

Scottish Power Login Problem. I've been logging into my SP account for 2 years with no problem, but have been unable to get in yesterday or today. I enter login, select MY ACCOUNT tab and get 'Something went wrong' message. Phoned SP yesterday and was told that there was no general fault although there had been several login problems reported.

All SEG payments are treated as a credit on the monthly bill. For example, my July bill came through yesterday with an export credit of £75.11: the previous month was £169.00. To be honest - if my experience is anything to go by - no one in their right mind should choose to use Scottish Power for anything.
